How to order your exclusive personalised stationery.

 

 

Click on The Collections tab at the top of the page.

 

Choose a collection - Womens  Carrie  Childrens  Maternity etc

 

There are 12 images on each page - you can choose to view 24 or 36 images if you want.

 

When your mouse hovers over the thumbnail, a larger pic will appear on screen so that you can see it in greater detail.

 

 

Click on the thumbnail picture which will open a larger version of the illustration, and a list of the formats this illustration is available in - eg:  as a notepad, a to do list, a mousemat notepad etc.

 

Click on the format you are interested in (eg:  notepad) and you will see how that format will work with the image you have selected.  You will be able to see where the picture will be positioned on the page, where your name or message will be positioned, and what typestyle will be used.  You can click on the typestyle link to view the A-Z letters and 1-10 numerals too,

 

 

Fill in the quantity of items you want (eg:  usually 1) in the 'Qty' box.

 

For some items you may also be able to choose extra options for your order - eg:  on the notepad, spiral bound notebook and big note pages,  you can choose whether you want your product with or without lines.

 

 

Type whatever name or message you would like printed in the box which reads: 'Name/Message to go on item'.

 

Some of the products have matching envelopes available (Big Note, Notepad, Note Sheet).  If you want envelopes to use with your product, fill in the quantity you would like in the appropriate box.  You can also choose whether you would like your name and address printed on the rear flap of your envelopes at this point.

 

Once you have selected the image, the format, the quantity, your message/name - you can then 'Add to your Shopping Cart'.

 

 

Once you have finished shopping, proceed to check out.

 

 

Login if you are already a cusotmer, or 'Create a new account' if this is your first time.

 

The information you type on this page will be 'remembered' for the next time you return.

 

You need to choose a Username and Password.  I would suggest using your email address as your 'User Name' and then creating a 'Password' which will be easy to remember.  (However if you do forget these next time you come to order, simply email me and I can refresh your memory).

 

If you do not wish to receive our monthly newsletter, please remember to untick the box at the base of the page.

 

Once you have created your account, it will take you to the checkout page.

 

 

Type in your name and address, or if you wish your goods delivered to an alternate address, there is the option to add a different delivery address on this page.

 

You can also choose if you would like a gift card, or your goods gift wrapped via this page.

 

There is an additional information box - if you wish to advise any additional details, make any comments or ask a question,  you can note them in this box and I will respond by email once I receive your order.

 

Choose whether you wish to pay by credit card, or direct transfer (generally chosen for those who prefer internet banking).  If you choose credit card, once you have clicked on the 'Place my order' button, it will take you to 'Eway' - my secure credit card payment site - where you can safely input your credit card details.  If you choose to pay by direct transfer, then a seperate email will automatically be sent to you advising banking details.  I ask that you confirm by email (julie@notecouture.com.au ) when you have made payment.
